Modicum is a simple means of recording my ideas;
no essay, no ceremony of labeling or so on.
The labeling and searching should be done post-hoc,
so I may need to re-build the [`daily`] command
to honor codebase-specialized rules.
Perhaps I can add options to the command...
`daily --adhoc` could prepare a temporary filename,
and then inquire as for labels,
and rename once the idea has been recorded.
I'll be doing that process manually for now.
I'd also need to display these on [op],
so this means seriously rearranging the homepage.
I'll push the essays to `/chronicle`,
as they had been originally.
If I sharpen up the `Source` module,
I can simply re-use the `index:` label,
and add an option to the mix:
- `index: no`
- `index: hide` (replaces `public: false`)
- `index: /chronicle` (presumed)
- `index: /` (featured on home page)
The labels are seemingly necessary for linking;
I suppose I'm rebuilding an obsidian or quartz,
for a user-base of one.
The difference is the `git` version-managed layer,
where I combine `modicum` and `page`
as different codebases in the same publishing engine.
I'd like to someday enable other publishers
to `git push` a codebase
and see their ideas included here also.
