Operand is happy to open our summer by announcing a PTS(D) healing program, ex(or)cise, focused on play and moción. Our peer-guided program builds upon more than 5 years of serious martial arts praxis, and combines counseling approaches informed by a decade of emergency response and mutual aid.

Our aim is to use Rock Creek Park in DC for hiking and exercise, including soccer, acrobatics, parkour, and martial arts. Pending demand, we can also recommend independently orgranized self-defense clubs at local gyms.

In case our schedule is no good for you, please help us decide on easier days! Include a sample of your summer schedule in an email (see signature). The more demand, the more programs we can hold and the broader the range of exercises - so be sure to bring your colleagues along!
