Philosophy teachers say, "All things change."

Economics teachers say, "Some things never change."

Political Science teachers say, "Some things are never changed."

Grammar teachers say, "I really have no horse in this race."

My remaining grandparents are dying (more quickly each day) and I'm heading away from them towards New York City. I'll likely say goodbye to someone(s) before spring is here, so I suppose this is going to be a cold Michigan winter for me.

I sure am sorry I spent so many years failing at relationships. People can be so complex, and death always renders us so simple.
